The only thing that got rid of it completely was permanently cutting out all soft dairy (sour cream, cream cheese, ice cream, yogurt, etc.) To this day if I even have one spoon of any soft dairy it will trigger a sinus throb. I found that very painful and not very productive.<BR/><BR/>The best thing I've found is a neti pot. With it, you run saline through your nose.
