I saw the book you mentioned, and thought it was a great idea but there were too many immodest tops and things that could have been left out. I think you can make a lot of one yard things that will be loved and used many years from now and not be faddish. Among them are: pillowcase, pillow, Lydiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15530969871397361970noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9186456.post-10441405572393272362010-07-08T18:30:16.035-07:002010-07-08T18:30:16.035-07:00Dear Lydia,

However, sometimes having zillions of crocheted items (as is the case in my own home - eek!) is just, well... too much. A mix of crochet and fabric would seem to give a better balance, decorating-wise (if that makes any sense).

Recently IAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9186456.post-18675610503687949552010-07-08T12:50:18.455-07:002010-07-08T12:50:18.455-07:00I love these posts. They are all milk glass and the day after I bought them and was wondering what they were made from my current issue of MaryJane's Farm magazine came with an article about collecting milk glass.
