Nicky, the publisher had some problems with our file, so we are correcting some things and getting it back to them within the next few hours I hope. I'll put it on a headline when the book is available again. I'm sorry for the delay. It has bothered me so much that last night I dreamed that I took the book to Donald Trump, for some reason. I told him, "I have a story here you would like. My parents went to the wilderness with nothing, and when they left, years later, their story was worth a lot more! We will try to get it all back and running soon!
