New Hallmark Movie.

Just wanted everyone to know there is a movie called "The Valley of Light" set in the 1940's, from Hallmark, this coming Sunday evening, at 9 p.m. January 28th on your local CBS station. You can go here for a preview.

and here for the official site and pictures:
View Photos from "The Valley of Light" to see if it is something you might enjoy. I would just like to say that although many Hallmark movies are good, they do not all promote the kind of values we like, so you have to preview them carefully and look at the customer reviews.

It is by the same author of The Magic of Ordinary Days

The Magic of Ordinary Days is an excellent video Lydia. Seanna just took it with her to show her friends while she is on a short visit in Texas.

I love "The Magic of Ordinary Days." I lent it to a friend's dd and she gave it back after watching it 8 times!
Please let us know how the movie is. We're watching the second part of "Jane Eyre" on PBS Sunday evening at the same time. If you give the movie a good review, I can buy it at my local Hallmark store. :)

Just finished the movie, it was a very gentle movie. Nice change.

thanks for letting us know. We are three hours later on the west coast and haven't seen it yet.

I absolutely loved the movie. It reminded me what good movies are all about. I would have missed it if you hadn't told us about it. The movie Christy is one of my all time favorites. I haven't seen The Magic of Ordinary Days. I'll have to look for it.

I've gotten very picky over the years, and I didn't like this movie at all. It put me to sleep, and the tragic part of the little boy drowning was a real downer, especially since it was so graphic--so glad we sent the children to bed! It won't be one of the movies I buy.
