Thank you all for your prayers for me to get time enough to come here more often and especially to supply you with original video messages. Thanks also to those kind ladies who send me emails with suggestions. That is a great help and I'll be addressing some of those subjects
And, keep in mind, this blog and video channel is not any kind of standard for any particular church or group, but simply my experience and observations being handed down to my descendants, and shared with you also. You all have different and varying lives with unexpected issues, but we can still be friends, like I always say.
Here are a few pictures from my Pinterest account . When you do not see any current posts, just go over there and look around at everything I save. Sometimes it can be creative to the homemaker.

Please do not hesitate to leave speaking topics for me on comments. I do have a list that I am working on and will try and get to what you have already suggested.
Thank you again for your Christmas cards and I will try to honor them this year with a note.
I will try to do a video soon!!!!

Hello, Dear Lydia,
I am just checking in to see if you posted a video. As you know, your homemaker ladies love the content, encouragement, and inspiration we receive from you. While I miss your videos, I am thankful I can go to the archives or on YouTube to listen to previous videos. Something I truly appreciate about you, Lydia, is you have walked your talk throughout your life; remaining solid in your convictions to remain at home in the absence of any children. That is so very rare. Sometimes I wonder (just for a bit) what it would be like to work outside the home?? Because some days I feel unappreciated in my role in the home now that homeschool and children are gone. These occasional thoughts may be the enemy flashing his thoughts. However, Your visits and God’s Word has encouraged me to stay in my home and help my family and others. There’s no way I could help my family or others if I was employed and in bondage to an employer!! My time would be controlled and my health would not be able to handle it anyway!!So… Thank you from the heart for your beautiful words of affirmation for the keeper of the home. The scripture and your messages help keep me on the right path in my homemaking journey. I am praying for you as you care for your husband and family and home. It’s a wonderful life!🙏❤️
Holly Elizabeth you are a dear and possibly the longest viewer over the last 29 years!
