Dear Lydia:
What a delightful video again. So interesting. I never learned about those luxurious trains, wow!! 24:47 such a nice buzz, it sounded like busy bees :) that put a big smile on my face. Thank you so much for bringing so much joy to our lives. God bless you greatly. Much love. Maria.

I loved your video today, it reminded me of times back in the 1950’s when ladies used to “coffee klatch”, spending an hour or two once a week to learn something new. One lady would be selling door to door perfumes (Avon) so she would present her line of products, another lady would share about hens and egg production, still another lady would share different ways to use house plants to decorate the home and some ladies brought home canned delights or pies to sell. It’s said that you don’t know what you have until it’s gone. I miss those days . Thank you for the memories!
How can we start something like this in our homes?

You asked for ideas, here’s a few I thought of:
a quilt making class, home canning, no-till gardening, silk ribbon embroidery, soap making, cooking on a wood stove or fire pit cooking, candy making, making master mixes for the pantry, wild herb crafting, bread making, learning to cook without gluten, cheese making, raising chickens, clothes making or altering.

I found your YouTube channel and absolutely love it. I work outside the home 2x a week as pediatric nurse, but my heart has always been for the home, taking care of my husband, we don't have children. Thanks so much for your channel and all your encouraging words, God bless 🙏🙏, hugs christal

Thank you Lydia for the wonderful message, I love your homemaking radio. Your teacup collection is so neat, I wonder how many you collected so far?
They are so elegant.

Dear Mrs. Sherman,
Thank you for taking the time to home school me today. I sorted washed hung and folded quite a bit of laundry and set up for ironing. I love hearing about your times with family and grandkids. Thank you also for talking about the Lord. I feel blessed by it. Your friend Lauren.
