Lady Lydia, I have a question for you or any of your readers. I have lost my December/holiday 2011 issue of Victoria magazine. It has a bread recipe in it for the "Pullman Loaf.". This has become a favorite of my family and I needed to bake bread today only to find I have lost the magazine with the recipe in it. If someone here has that issue and would be willing to share the recipe with me in the comments on my blog, I would so grateful. Thank you.
This hymn was a favorite of my grandmother's. It came to mind the other day as I was watching the birds at our feeders. The words are so encouraging. Both the harmony in this accapella version along with the scenery in the video are beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
Just wanted to say how much I've been enjoying listening to the variety of music you have on your playlist. I find it very peaceful and uplifting to have playing in the background as I sew or do other things.

This hymn is one of my *favorites* yet sadly I rarely hear it anymore. Thanks for posting it.

Thank you...it is beautiful
Look for a version of Ethel Waters, the great gospel singer singing this. It will give you the shivers.
I've sung it at a few funerals. This song and In The Garden are favorite solos.

Until someone finds the one in the magazine, maybe this one will do.

Love this hymn! Used to be a regular at Bible Study Fellowship.

Thanks Lynne,
I'll try to post again soon, and more often, too.
