Today I chose three positive books to read from: Tea With Jane Austen, Stepping Heavenward, and one other old book about approaching life with positivity.
My stealth sipping was in the guest room. I felt the room could use a visit .
I talked about presenting yourself at your best, even if you are staying home, because it helps you do your job with more excellence.
Also, I spoke about the importance of working with a creative and enthusiastic mind, so that you make home living as good as possible in your circumstances.
Please enjoy your home as you listen today:

What a lovely chat!
I always use cloth napkins. They're are so many pretty ones it there.
Great tips.. thank you for sharing!
PS You mentioned other homemaking stations? Would you share them someday?
Merry Christmas π
Merry Christmas! Enjoyed your chat! We homeschooled our son . He is 34 years old now. So thankful God gave us the blessing of homeschool πππ
Henri you have a continuous rich experience because you made that effort. To me it was like shining a light on life.
I really enjoyed your show today. I worked on sewing Christmas pinafores for my 2 little girls while I listened. I especially took note when you said you would like to discuss the unmarried young girls. I have a 17 year old daughter that was homeschooled and graduated in the spring. She is now working a full time job in a local owned print shop, and loves it. I am finding I really miss her and have no clue when I can teach her the finer art of homemaking. She has no plans on leaving our home until she is married. I could write an entire correspondence to you on the subject, and perhaps I will .
Dear Lydia,
Thank you for broadcasting another edition of homemaker radio. I really appreciate it during the busy holiday season. I am nestled indoors making due with what I have since we are in the midst of a blizzard right now. πΆπ«️
I also wanted to comment on the idea of sending children off to boarding schools. I wrestle with the fact that many missionary couples left their children in these boarding schools as they headed off to the mission field. I realize they were making a huge sacrifice for the gospel’s sake, but I often wondered how they could leave the training and care of their children up to others in these schools. Missionary, Elisabeth Elliot, took her daughter with her through the jungles of South America! Her daughter, Valerie, talks about some of those adventures(quite fondly)alongside her mother.
I trust you’ll stay warm and safe inside your cozy manse today!
Blessings,
❤️Holly
