Sense of Well-Being (Video)

Be sure and check my Pinterest  for more pictures like this.

I have shown these views before.  Today they were especially peaceful.

Today I read from another Eric Sloane book “Once Upon a Time” about the making of paper and the careful way of writing even a list.

I spoke of stability in today’s broadcast. It might be a quality to study and enter into your journal.

Thank you Mrs. Sherman for such an inspiring video. May God bless you and your family. You are an anchor for Christ to the ladies who are blessed to see you!

Thank you for another edifying and encouraging video, Lydia Ruth.
I was sick to my stomach with worry the other day. Today I decided to get dressed, do my hair, make my list, and start my day right. The things that are worrying me are still there but I feel calmer. It also has helped me to listen to you and do my crochet.
I remembered what you said about showing people by doing something good when they speak badly about you, instead of letting it get to you. So I am attempting to do that by having a good day with my son doing our homeschool. Attempting to keep my stability with my emotions.
I was always told that I was too slow as a child, and as an adult I have had to relearn how to slow down. It's been the best thing for my self care to slow down.
I've made an apron out of an old dress like that! ☺️ Great minds think alike. 😂

May the Lord bless you.🙏

You look beautiful! I’ve finally started exercising after listening to you recommend it for years! Lol my excuse for not doing it was having 2 young children. But I’ve been doing Leslie Sansone’s 1 mile happy walk and I feel so much better.
Also hearing your people advice at the end of the videos has really come in handy. My husband and I had a family friend over this past weekend and she just outright asked if we were voting for a specific candidate. Luckily, my shock caused me to pause long enough for my husband to jump in and start his political rant. I slipped away to do the dishes and tidy the kitchen. She brought up several other vulgar and inappropriate topics while she was over and each time I shut my lips and found something to clean or started playing with the children. I felt so proud and dignified at the end for not taking the bait. And now I know not to have her over again. Phew 😅
