Developing Your Own Schedule

I've been asked to write something about developing schedules for home living.

Finding a schedule that suits you requires observation and experimentation. Think about your ways and your habits, and soon, you will notice a pattern. Some people like quietness in the morning, and others wake up gung-ho to go, with a raging appetite for breakfast. Each family has to adjust to their own needs.
