I have been listening to this particular video on and off all day. It's Saturday, so I've had family here. During the times when I have put on my makeup, cleaned in the kitchen, done my laundry, and worked in my bedroom I have listened. I also did a couple of rows of sock knitting as you read the story.
I'm really enjoying the story very much. I really enjoy the calm and gentle way in which this lady writes. I do appreciate the time that you pour into us.
I liked the video where you were ironing. It was nice to know that you were getting some things done as well. If you choose to do another one, I might just iron along with you.
I have noticed a real Improvement in my homemaking since I started listening to your videos while I work. I was home 29 years with my children, and never got a good routine down. This has been my first working part-time as a secretary. I have determined to continue to think of myself as a housewife. This position is for a season of my life. My position as housewife and help me to my husband is for the rest of my life. I plan to continue to use your videos to help me get a new routine down.
When you describe your life, your children and grandchildren, the activities and love in your home, it brings tears to my eyes. Thank you for the kind and gentle way you share your life and the love of Christ with us. Sometimes I listen to you at night if I can't sleep. Like now. :)
Dear Lydia, I am a bit behind in your talks. I listened to this one yesterday while I made bacon and egg sandwiches and hash browns for supper.
I thought you looked especially beautiful in this talk. Royal blue is an excellent color for you, and your hair looked very elegant put up like that.
Lastly, I really enjoyed the third installment of the Prairie Ribbons story. What a sweet and sentimental tale. :) It was particularly nice to listen to your pleasant voice on a day when I was feeling particularly stressed, and a certain person in my life was being very unkind and difficult.
