God's Hand is My Pillow

Please enjoy your home and whatever you need to do, while you listen. Today's episode is only about 30 minutes but maybe you can get a few things completed while it plays.

Since the video was not very long, I'll include a link here for the X22 Report for those of you who
want to keep up with the state of the country, without using the news media:

The current report is at the top, on this link.

This report puts it all together so well without being as upsetting as the news media.

Thank you for the encouraging video today! I really like your new switch covers so much! They do suit your style very well. I also wanted to let you know that I have been exercising to the Fabulous Fifties videos that you recommended and it is truly an enjoyable experience. Previously I dreaded exercise and most of the time would skip it, but I'm daily looking forward to exercise time now! Thanks so much!

I hadn't commented on your blog for many years since I stopped following blogs when life got too busy in 2009, but you were always in my mind over the years. I'm thrilled to have found you again on YouTube. IT is my belief that the Lord revealed your videos to me, and what a blessing to my heart you are. I watch them as often as I can.

I watched this video yesterday, and it was exactly what I needed. Thank you, Jesus! You see, my husband has been battling a very unusual health complication for two years and I feel at my wit's end. Some days we completely depleted and defeated, and like we just can't carry on. The Psalms you referenced fed my soul and led me to Psalms 6, which brought comfort and helped restore my strength.

Your talks about appearance and contentment in the home have motivated me to reassess how I meandered through each day. No more meandering but intentional actions and activities. It is amazing what getting up, getting dressed, and being aware of how one's appearance, even at home, can change the outlook for the day.

Thank you. You are such a blessing!

Today I did some paperwork for my husband while I listened. Just sorting receipts.

I am going to share this post on my blog as part of Weekend Reading. http://harvestlanecottage.com

I listened to this one while I chopped up some vegetables for a stir fry. It was funny that you mentioned how important it is to sometimes order something nice for ourselves, because only a few minutes after you said that, a package came to the door, and part of it was some lovely smelling natural soaps I had ordered for myself (in citrus and lavender scents).

This was a wonderful sharing from your heart, and I agree that it is best to not get tangled up in the world's affairs outside our home too much. Always enjoy a visit to your blog, and to hear you share your homemaking thoughts. Many blessings to you :)

Dear Lydia dear lady!
Thank goodness for continuous play as I needed it this evening. I folded and put away two large loads of laundry, straightened up in my husband’s computer work area, tidy up in my son’s room loaded the dishwasher and then I made my list for tomorrow. I want to thank you for the Biblical encouragement you included today. It was so very needed and I did get a little emotional as I realized how foolish I have been to be nervous when we have Jesus Christ! Thank you for the home school lesson. Lots of love and blessings to you with live Lauren Griffin
