I was eager to clean my bedroom this evening after all the children's presents were finally removed, and I did that while I listened to this talk. I gathered up a whole garbage bag of trash from my room, including two house plants which I had forgotten to water for a long time. :)

Merry Christmas Lydia, I hope you have had a peaceful holiday. I enjoyed listening to your talk while I cleared away the last few things from our Christmas Day meal. I loved your analogy of people who "hold up the stagecoach"! This made me laugh, as I'm sure we all know people like this, and also those who like to only talk about themselves. I believe the gentle art of conversation has been rather lost in today's society - people just don't seem to have the time to listen to each other any more - they often just want to get a point across, as you described. You are so right, we must teach our children about this when they are young. Well, all my guests have left now, so I have a quiet, peaceful house once more ... bliss! I very much look forward to your next video and yes, a livestream sounds like a fun idea!
