Something Pleasant

(Tea cup from Horchow also comes in white)

Matthew 6:34  Be not therefore anxious for the morrow, for the morrow shall be anxious for its own things; sufficient for the day is the evil of it.

It is very easy to develop the habit of worry.  If you can remember the first anxiety you ever had, you might be able to see a pattern of worry that came after it.  If only we could develop the habit of not worrying, using the same methods that got us to worrying in the first place!

My motto is: Do what you CAN do, and what you CANNOT do, leave up to The Lord.

I have found I have so much more peace by not watching demoralizing news shows etc. It helps me to remember what my duties are and that I cannot change the world. It is easier to leave things with the Lord since I have been really guarding what I take into my mind.
