-More mother-daughter garments
-Lace curtains for the bathroom
-Toile print couch and chair covers
-A coat from a vintage pattern
-A home sewn decorative rug
-Theme sewing for the kitchen -more about that later
I also want to make new curtains for the dining room. This, from Pinterest, looks interesting:
Also I am trying out ideas for my mantel decor and for other rooms, with a goal of preparing for a blog Christmas home tour of my own. I'm not good about deadlines so I never join the blog tours.
This is from Pinterest, and I like the lush full look of the greenery.
Lanterns are also an interest of mine and I'm hoping to have one in every room, hall and corner:
Of course there are more important things in life to be concerned with, but beauty in the home is one way to minister to others and show gratitude for shelter and sustenance.
I will be busy getting things ready to share here.
Thank you for your prayers, and to the 3 dear ladies this month who put donations in my PayPal on the left.
There is a new blog added on my blog roll about everyday life that I am enjoying very much.

I came here today expecting to see this post! Hooray! I’m glad to hear that Stan is home and on the mend. He’ll be in good hands with you now. That’s a load off your minds before Christmas.

Jaclyn I hope to finally review that ebook you sent;
Hi Lady Lydia! I received Yorkshire Gold tea from my good friend from England! I know you enjoy this kind of tea as you have talked about it on your blog! Praying for your husband!
You are rich if you can find that tea!!!
Dear Lady Lydia, I hope this is allowed. I don't work for this company, but I have ordered from them. The company ukgoods.com carries Yorkshire Gold tea. I thought you and some of your readers might like this information.
Thanks so much
I will be ordering!
My gift tea is from the company Taylors of Harrogate and is quite delicious!
